這幾天身體微恙抵抗力有所降低,連二天喉嚨不太舒服,原本今天還想再休息一下,但考量到運動不要中斷,還是要跑一下(而其實嚴格來講,上星期四~六就算是運動中斷了,只是把1/11下午騎機車到台北市府新光三越,拿渣打馬物資的里程,也心虛算到自行車運動項目裡,而今天因為身體虛,就全程穿著觀音山馬送的風衣外套跑
