今天是另一個20,昨天跑的還ok,算是有守住,
不過今天就跑的2266,還找了跑友一起跑,
13k自己就覺的心有餘而力不足啦,速度在掉,
真抱歉啦,沒辦法跑進5'30"/K的配速,
連最後那600m跑不下去,慘~慘~慘!
不過沒關係,下次我會再努力的,
終於覺的連兩天跑近半馬量還有點累,
大家加油囉,而我也要再努力,
