今天早上5點起床原本要晨跑,但發現下樓梯舊傷還在痛,寧可保險一點""休跑""
中午吃完喜酒後,回到家已經4點多了,進食這麼多總要消化消化吧!!!~~~跑步去
因腳傷不敢跑太快,不然下星期的八卦山馬拉松,會掛掉~
可是連續二天跑到後段覺得好累好累,腳感覺都提不起來,可能最近荒廢練習吧!!!!
