8~鳳山特產三校馬
賽前其實頗擔心,因為前天才剛跑3HR,加上這場有許多上下坡,所以一開始就慢慢跑,邊跑邊幫自己加油打氣。好加在今天太陽公公沒像去年那麼熱情,跑起來還算舒適。或許去年有跑過,路程大約都有概念,大概都可預設自己的配速,最後3K居然還可以配到5分半,連自己都嚇了一跳。完賽盥洗後留在現場體驗了一下冰敷和滾筒按摩,還真不賴。
