腳傷休養一星期了,不跑感覺怪怪的腳會癢~~
南橫馬已經過了2星期了、最近幾乎都在休養腳、起跑時不敢再衝太快、就已慢慢速當作復健跑。
還好已經恢復8成了、起跑後就沒腳痛了、但已不能太大意、可是最近沒跑步、後半段感覺體力不濟與有抽筋的前兆出現。
難得今天天氣超適合跑馬、真想抓下一馬、但考慮後半段腳還是有點怪怪的、就以半馬里程訓練就好、留的青山在不怕沒柴燒~~~
