用最舒服的速度,,,但,,還是挺累人的!
下午去聽"歐陽靖"的分享.......,有同樣的感覺,..我跑馬拉松....是真的想跑全馬.....我的初半馬...帶傷上場....痛不欲生....我的初馬...訓練量不足...很爛....不是成績的因素,因為我也不跟別人比....而是我內心想要的"滿足感"及"承諾"並沒有達到..........我一定要再挑戰一次全馬..,一定!!!..
