雖然很希望可以跑出PB 但是在睡眠不足的情況下下,過了21k體力下滑,退到5分辦的速度..過25k後就有快抽筋的症狀,30K後就開始真正抽筋,就只好跑走的策略, 跑,跑走走,進補給站時就好好吃,要抽筋時就走,有加油團出現就跑,過了加油團後再走...
最後可以在4小時內完賽,也算是很滿意ㄟ了 賽前宣言: 身體狀況不是很好,可以順利完賽就好
