昨晚下雨翹課一天,今天補課
MP:15K.
調整並尋找最適合巡航的姿勢和腳度。天氣變冷了,跑起來輕鬆多了,,身3K後開始跑MP, 第1K還跑的稍微有一點快,趕快再降點速。
未跑之前穿鞋時右腳沒穿好,在腳腳背處有點緊,當時並不在意,
沒想到在最後3K緩跑時右腳背處上方竟然感到會痛,真的是嚇了一跳。
收工後脫下鞋子再緩跑測試一下,還好腳踝並沒問題,鬆了一口氣。
