跑前身體狀似不是很好,過年期間吃太多,體重增加1.5公斤,又有點感冒,有點偏頭痛,左膝蓋後側的肌肉有點緊,還懷疑是否可以跑完半馬。
還好有有家豪老師聊跑了14K ,渡過了前面最艱難的時報。加上同時台南一姐也在跑LSD的激勵,雖然不能跑完課表的LSD30K+緩和2K,但還是跑到了27K後,趕快回家吃晚餐....
