一起跑就感覺不太對了,兩公里手腳發軟、心跳居高不下(153~155),明明速度很慢呀??
後來跑 400 走 100... 多幾次之後,慢慢恢復正常,到新月橋的時候應該已經可以順順的跑連續的了(應該是早餐吃太多,血液都跑去幫助消化了),沒想到太陽開始出來了,胖子跟吸血鬼一樣,見光死,慘,越跑越累... 接著跑著跑著太陽被雲擋住了,天氣好舒服呀!可惜時不我予,15~17km 已經沒力了,後面就走走跑跑了。
