| 又跟一群瘋子來跑全馬啦~ 賽道 氣溫 都很不錯 補給也是足足的 村民也很熱情 上到80 下到3歲 都有參與加油~ 30k都跑的還順 只後越來越沒力 00刷卡過還跟我説慢慢跑 只好咬牙継續抬腳慢慢跑。唯一不足是我仆街了 ~ 一早喝了大量水 起跑就一直找廁所 (這時就特羨慕男同胞) 回賽道沒注意高低差 又是水泥地 擦傷多處Y.... 回終點去醫務站 貼傷口 還瞄到有被照相 可能要被當敎材吧! 賽後評分: 補給充足 村民加油聲很大 賽後的便當也好吃 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 123~150 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 150~169 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 169~174 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 174~185 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 185~190 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為190 點此去設定最大心率 |
