昨天太HIGH了,今天馬上就低潮XD,不曉得為什麼右小腿比較酸,開跑還一拐一拐的,每一步都讓我有軟腳的FU,只能龜速前進,一路被輾也沒法度,連狗都不宵追我,直接從我旁邊衝過去,但是跑到後來腳沒那麼酸了,我想這就是人家說的恢復跑吧…恩…對…我今天是恢復跑 -_-b…絕對不是…跑不動orz,跑了一個半小時時,但好像跑很久的感覺
