熱到歪腰,電解質直直落,第一次18K大腿就在蠕動,過了半馬根本就只能跑跑走走...
大腿後側內側跑一跑就蠕動..尤其內側...不能控制的抽動時腿整個歪一邊= =...只能用行走來緩解了..但走也不能走慢阿~~9分速行走!!!
