我的第25馬,鎮西堡志工馬47K,快樂辛苦完賽!!
麗山長跑相約明年正式比賽將設站服務跑者,於是今天來跑志工馬,主辦單位很貼心的用100公里路程安排,由尖石鄉公所出發,到新光國小(47K),再跑3.5K到鎮西堡瞭望台來回(54K),讓我們跑100K全程的前半段,來體驗這段山中傳奇勇者之最。
雖然只有47K,但真的不是很好跑,全程大約有2/3是爬坡,爬了兩座山,總爬升高度約1900M,比起上月的雪霸志工馬,有過之而無不及。
我們麗山一群人在嘻笑歡樂中,將困難的跑程轉換為甜美的回憶,也因為難跑,所以要更要用玩樂的心態來完賽。一路上,我們除了在各個美麗的風景點拍照合影,跑不動時,Michael大也設計了一系列的遊戲,以讓大家可以休息,也激勵大夥前進。例如:(1)走50步跑50步 (2) 排成一列,最後一個人必須跑到最前面,其餘人用走的休息,所以一次只有一個人在跑 (3) 用力追前方的跑者,一直要跑到追過,才可以休息等等 ....,什麼是歡樂馬,我想這樣的團隊出遊比賽應該就是吧!
13知主辦的比賽口碑良好,比賽賽道風景一級棒,明年1/8正式比賽還有我們熱情的服務補給,這是一定要參加優質賽事,改快去報名,額滿就可惜了!!
