起跑時才剛完成寄物
當然就被擠在人群裡,怎麼閃都被擋著
中途也被交管擋了幾次
一直以來左腳的落地姿勢都很奇怪
可能是以前打球的舊傷造成的
會影響跑姿,身體就必須花力氣來cover
一整個很難專心
25K以後(一生懸命)四個大字敲醒了我
終於讓我能夠屏棄其他念頭
克服左腳帶來的不適,一心跑步
以後要練不同檔
否則生理、心理一旦怯弱了,目標就會滑掉
