好久沒在全程沒什麼樹蔭及遮蔽的路線跑全馬了,半馬後身體感覺越來越熱🥵🥵。28K前看到有選手躺在擔架上,被救護車載走了,意識看起來清醒,希望他平安。\\n29K後就開啟了走跑模式,一開始走路時還跟騎腳踏車的阿北聊天,還叮嚀天氣悶熱,不要跑的太勉強,小心中暑,哈哈,貼心啊😊\\n平地天氣炎熱,山區豪大雨,戶外運動運動一定要多注意安全!
賽後評分: 補給正常,全馬路線有兩個紅綠燈路口,沒看到志工指揮。\n天氣熱,交管,攝影,補給志工辛苦了!
