因為昨晚跑過,所以今天睡到飽,不早起跑步,但是居然被雨聲吵醒,幸好本來就不打算跑,不然就沒得跑。
雨一直下到中午,後來停了,睡個午覺後發現地乾了,加上沒事做就出門跑步,剛出門雖然是3點多有點熱但沒什麼太陽,想不到跑到社子島頭公園太陽超大超熱,曬得好難跑好累,只好2公里休息一下,在折返點重陽橋下大休息。
本來以為回程一樣曬,想不到一大片雲遮住太陽,反而適合跑步,所以也順順跑回去,但還是累累的,畢竟昨晚才跑了13公里
