| 我的第一場超馬,成功!
從未想像『超馬』究竟是怎麼一回事,莫名其妙就在2015年首場馬拉松中硬梆梆實踐了它:人生首場54K超馬是一場山路超馬~是山路超馬~是山路超馬!
並非天生好手的我,只好勤能補拙,賽前盡可能認真練習、加強訓練,去年的太平山、合歡山、礁溪馬都是很好的山路模擬,能更了解自己應對山路的優缺點。能順利完成這場賽事,除了事前練習和體能準備,以及堅持不懈的意志力之外,我認為賽程中保持莫慌、莫急、莫勉強的態度,並擬定一套適合自己的戰略,無痛無傷且成功完賽機率才會提高。
