身體又出問題了,而且是跟南投馬一樣的問題。
過了17K後肚子開始痛,到26K的時候痛到乾脆坐下來休息,之後跑跑走走停停硬撐了6K,最後還是痛到動彈不得~
八月的時候練了好幾次30K up的長距離都沒問題,九月卻連兩周出問題,而且都是腳很有餘力但肚子痛到完全跑不起來,下星期要找時間去醫院檢查看看了!
明天晨跑團要去梨村聚餐吃烤乳豬,結果幾天前家裡通知我要去外婆家拜拜,所以去不成也吃不到了...T__T
