今天換穿新鞋AERO 13,果真新鞋的避震性,比起已經跑了近900K的RIDER 17好上許多,舊鞋的中底稍微壓扁,可能已經失去作用,所以跑起來感覺偏硬;但今天跑了10K後,中前腳掌似乎特別酸,不知是AERO 13的輕量化導致?還是腳部近來過度疲勞影響?得多跑幾次才能有更詳盡的答案!
