愛上鹽山馬(第58馬)
今天來到七股鹽山跑61快速道路,從鹽山出發約1K後跑上了61快速道路,開啟了一趟逆風之行,風大到跑450都顯得不輕鬆,跑到約13K多時終於來到折返點,說也奇怪,一過折返點,原本耳邊呼嘯風聲立馬消失,雖然沒有立即感到順風,但是可以加速到435左右,就這樣從14K到27K都是以435左右來跑,但是好景不常,跑到28K時左大腿還有右小腿抽了幾下,只好降速到5分左右,終於來到最後一個折返點卻是最嚴苛的挑戰來臨,因為超強大逆風即將來臨,35K~41K這段路跑起來很虐心,除了超強逆風還有抽筋問題,一路上速度直直落,跑到抽筋就換成快走,舒服了再跑起來,速度只能維持7分左右,只有此時才能好好欣賞美好風光了,來到交流道終於可以結束這段煉獄了,沒想到側風大到雙腳還會撞在一起,下交流道來到平面道路,抽筋感終於消失了,試著再把速度提升到5分多了,還好是跑著進終點,最後以334完賽
這場比賽配速配的差,14~28K跑的太快,應該是導致抽筋的主因,不過不試試看,怎麼知道能夠撐多久,看來下個賽季應該要再重新調整訓練課表了
