順便試試同學建議的只補水練習法,還蠻過癮的,
回首2019,算是完成不少年初訂定的目標,
一月的半馬sub2、二月的全馬sub430、月跑量破300K(11月甚至破了以後都不大可能的400K),最重要的是奮鬥了好幾年都未完成的目標-體重終於低於72公斤了,體脂肪也終於從數年前的32降到19以下,
展望2020,未來的目標一定更困難,
