這距離和路線不全在我的計畫裡😭 我就說王阿宏的意志不夠堅強 容易被牽著走 🙄其實是跑錯路線 這下子加班來不及了 延後一個小時上班吧 今天的班會很累 我還是一樣會加油的😂😂
一早出門時西邊就有一團黑雲 跑到11k時果然下起雨了 這雨來得正是時候跑起來舒服多了 只是鞋子襪子濕了 後面跑起來腳就不舒服了 回家之後小拇哥果然起水泡了😰
每次跑錯路線或超出距離 就一個反應肚子好餓啊 撐了好久終於撐到小七 趕快補給😁😁😃
