今天天氣涼爽跑起來很舒服,
神人本來自己跑, 頻頻的刷我的卡, 到了第5K神人過來陪跑, 讓我速度被拉快了, 神人陪跑了6K後可能覺得我跑太慢, 所以拋下我快跑收工去了, 我自己繼續跑到18K, 感覺肌耐力不足開始腿有點酸了, 只好收工...
