飲料喝的有點飽..呵呵...跑馬可能不能這樣喝
昨晚睡不著,一開始很不清醒。
到了爬飛鳳山,才醒過來,上去後忘了停錶。
好像還有更陡的路線沒有上去。
回來用4:30跟了幾位大哥幾公里,但距離還是被拉遠,看到補給車後,就停下來補給等其他人。
等下中午去彰化清水岩陪人爬山...
