今天早上原本計畫是要跑30k,但卻一直賴床,就這樣到了11點才出去,所以只能跑半馬,一開始也慢慢跑,但看時間竟然是5分速,也不會太累,所以就5分速跑...一直到14K左右才有點累,又渴,但已經來不及了,所以16K跑去喝一下水,有點跑不下去,想跑17K就好,但看一下時間,好像能破紀錄,就速度減慢一些跑,終於跑完半馬,也撐不下了,看時間148...終於破150了...
