今天的焦點除了吃吃喝喝就是想著右膝的舊傷,結果跑下來竟然沒什麼大礙,實在是令人雀躍~但可能太專注身體的狀況,回到終點忘了帶一隻烤全雞回來,被老婆小唸了一下。很高興去寄物處取物,結果一上階梯就跌倒了,双脚來個大抽筋,經過的跑友李秋忠大哥及陳大哥馬上幫我拉筋,另一位晃魁兄拿了二顆塩錠給我吃,很感謝他們,雖是萍水相逢,馬場上處處是溫情啊!
