感謝安娜找錸德區讓我寄物,不然應該要排對很久
這次沒有上次雙膝硬化,只有差一點右大小腿抽筋,還好放慢速度解決抽筋問題~
只是遇到上坡還是罩門,只能用走。靠下坡衝速度~~還要再練練囉~
和安娜,頭目,阿魯米,德哥,湘竹一起跑參賽
