本來想在阿公店馬前來個30k的,但是近日身體欠安,只好改抓隻半馬來補一下,老婆騎歐兜麥到三多捷運站放我下車開始跑,他騎車到準備上元亨寺的小七停車陪我一起跑上去……
今天還多帶老婆的兩位外甥,外甥女,他們為了瘦身開始騎車,所以帶他們攻山路,哈哈…
整個山路跑跑走走停停的,最後到中山大學門口小七休息,他們三位休息,我跑去牽車,剛好補足半馬………
很久沒跑山了,有累到……
