2015台北馬,一開始的計畫就是這場要好好的配速跑馬,不能像以前一樣憑著感覺衝,只要感覺不累不喘,即使920顯示速度過快也不調整,導致後半馬嚴重掉速,因為我的目標是3:45,為了防止自己爆衝下載好了3:45的配速表,仔細黏貼好,規定自己只能照表跑,設定的計畫是,如果前30km都能照表跑,後面就要咬牙以同樣的速度跑完以便達到目標。如果沒有就只跑30km,後面的里程就用走的,不累積疲勞,2週後拼廈門馬,教練也是讓我拼廈門馬,所以堅持讓我週四的一萬公尺測速不能pass。
早上依照自己的想法,就輕裝以跑步的裝備出門跑去起點當暖身,可是在家摸太久晚出門,過了PTT的合照時間,就直接趕去A區等待,開心的和神妞拍到合照,一出發我很認真的照配速表跑,有過快就調整,第一個5km快了1分,10km快了30秒,半馬幾乎一樣,可是跑過半馬後,我的兩個腳掌出現有水泡的疼痛感,速度開始掉了,身體倒是沒有感覺疲累,到28km左右時痛到完全不想跑了,一看速度已經差了約3分鐘,就提早放掉走去醫護站處理水泡,讓我哭笑不得的是,醫護站似乎生意不好,明明我只是需要透氣膠帶,還讓我拿了膏藥假裝塗抹當麻豆配合演出,還好此時我已經不在乎時間和成績,就很nice的配合拍照。後來就在大佳的私補區遇到同樣放掉的阿法一路聊天慢跑回來,除去水泡的痛不算,這場馬是我最近跑的最輕鬆的一場,後面幾乎就像跑完課表後的緩跑,直接開始排酸緩和跑了
