今天要跑兩圈.才剛到遇看到孔沁安.第一圈就衝了.第二圈陪朋友跑,綁紗包(5k)手上拿兩瓶水.練重量~跑一半體力透支,脫下紗包~腳有抽筋現象,改用走的~停停跑跑.沒有用諾壯BCAA差好多~但我發現到流的汗水並不會鹹.補充不夠造成抽筋
