今天搭逸婷的便車參加矮平子廖隊長的團練,從大池跑上佛陀世界來回25k, 感謝阿益一早準備好飯團讓我們吃了再上,原本要挑戰3k多的魔王坡,後來轉向捷徑走小粗坑步道賞桐花,最後下坡開進3分多速跑2 k,開始慶幸沒直上魔王坡😅,回程還繞去棒球博物館拍照,很充實的晨練25k結案
