雖然是雨天,感覺大家狀況都很好,開始的暖身跑根本跟不上J大的配速,後來第二圈看到Mike在J大的旁邊,就跟了上去,一起完成配速跑,不過可能雨太大,天氣又冷,今天在河濱跑步的人很少,而且一個攝影師攏嘸😥
