彰化尤冠龍 慢步北海岸 自從疫情三級警戒實施後,5月至8月中旬有三個月左右我的跑量是0,我一面感到輕鬆不必練跑、一面又把無法運動全怪罪到疫情頭上。
恢復練跑後等於打掉重來,時常感到力不從心。明明是輕鬆跑,心率卻動不動就飆到16X...
