| 今年的初馬,也是第20馬,
起跑真的好冷,前20公里跑的還很順,但是接下來就慘了,跑馬以來很少走路這樣久,一路上上下下,後半段上坡只能用走的,下坡才跑起來,其實我覺得賽到風景還不錯,就是鍛鍊不夠還無法勝任這樣的地形,還好跑完無傷就是有些疲勞,
這次主辦單位很用心,第一次有紅地毯可跑真是新鮮,補給很豐富,隊上有7、8人慢慢跑我看一定是吃飽喝足了才回來,有時候我想也應該這樣,不必每場的努力跑,應該多享受跑步的自然才是
特別謝謝總幹事阿棚為隊友拍照及錄影進終點的霎那,認真與熱心的付出讓人感動,謝謝有你真好
