熱血神(經病)盃50K超馬初體驗~
為了"鎮西堡54K"&"南橫100K",
今天進行第一次的50K超馬練習.
目標7小時關門.
第一次跑超過42.195這麼多,深怕自己爆衝跑掛自己.
特別情商"超專業7分速配速員~EX路跑美少女章小妹",來幫忙配速!
前42K基本上沒太多坡折(除了31K左右有花比較多時間處理陪跑員水泡問題)...慢慢的凸回陽光!
重點在42K之後.....在炎熱的太陽烘烤下!對意志力考驗大過體力的考驗!所幸也能慢慢的跑完!
