11/16 課題 " 動態熱身+25K慢長跑+伸展放鬆 " 今天終於放晴了,大家都趁著好天氣到戶外走走,下午的河濱很多攜家帶眷共享天倫,每次在河濱練習,回程都是一種與逆風抗衡的考驗,今天藉由慢跑再來調整姿勢,雖然感覺都差不多有到位,但看了每次比賽的照片都還是差很多,真的需要再努力再加油
