起跑後3K就開始拉肚子,只能降速跑,折返(9.7K)回程雙腳開始提不起來,改成跑走模式,越跑肚子越不舒服,回到糖廠(15k後)只能停下用走的找廁所,上廁所後就慢慢跑回來,今天狀況不佳,能撐完半馬還算可以。
