曾經一開始前就覺得不可能會完成,一開始跑了之後也覺得好想走路,過了某個撞牆期之後就覺得應該可以喔!走走停停之後~~~一圈結束了,第二圈又可以赤腳跑一下,今天也平安的自主訓練完成,南平河堤現在變成我心目中的第一首選,夕陽西下浪花陪伴著也是別有一番風味~~~
很多人或許以為我在拚大鳥灣的全馬,不過我想說的是~~~想太多了,現在的我只想當一位開心的跑者,每天跑步當成生活,這樣就好,至於成績就等到時機到的時候自然就會上去了.......不是嗎?快樂跑步的喵喵........
