台中JihSung 銀標國際賽事不跑真的可惜
但腳受傷,休跑了一個多月,
萬金石就放寬心跑。
沒想到一個多月沒練的結果就是....
過了25K開始有抽筋感
28K大腿開始抽+撞牆
最後12K真的有種生不如死的感覺!
好漫長的12K.....
就跑個2K走2~3分鐘交替
