今天從頭到尾都下雨, 路上還吹來陣陣強風, 本來很擔心腳會出狀況, 幸好到跑完都沒有, 今天補給很差, 幸好自己有帶GEL, 30K以後試著不看910, 自乙專注在呼吸和腳的狀況上, 以後遇到這種補給差的馬, 應該自己在前一天要吃飽一些才可以!
