今天運動場逆風超大,另一頭側風大,後半段太陽也有點曬了,我第一趟2K還OK,第二趟和第三趟的後半段1K,全都爆掉,每每要齁住配速經過逆風段,整個有點崩潰XD~逆風心率狂升,雙腳也抬不起來~~但~~這才是新竹風阿XD
