失敗的LFD 永福橋河濱往北13k來回
想說既然能用4:24跑完有高架橋與地下道的21k
那應該可以用4:40內跑完河濱平路26k吧
結果20k就已經窮途末路 雖然當時均速還有4:36
但已經跑在4:45附近 到22k華中橋回公館被東北風直吹
整個無力往五分半速六分速掉 想說已經4k輕鬆跑了再加碼1k湊里程變27k
