路線:西雲路->凌雲路->粉寮路->中山路->文化北路二段->寶林路->下福->山腳街->長興路->長安路->南崁路->南工路->南青路->五青路
從搬到八里以來,一直想從住的地方跑回大園的家。但一直遲遲未執行,看到雅芬姊常常從蘆洲跑到南崁去看診,心裡覺得桃園其實不遠,只是顧慮太多。好不容易前二週突然想從粉寮路跑雅芬姊去南崁的路線,只是一個晃神,竟跌倒了,只好傷心往泰林路回去,走了12k,跑了18k。於是今日自己跑粉寮路時,都格外小心,穩穩的跑,看到上次要跌倒的路,就停下用走走,這次無論無何我一定要跑回家!!
而上週跟著大家跑山豬城,對於回桃園的路更有印象了,這次自己跑,看到竹林路,心裡又想跑到竹林寺,再繞警大、環保公園、桃園回家。而看到文化一路往龜山,心想這是往長庚體大的方向,那麼接忠義路可達楓樹坑方向。再往前看到108縣道,又可往羊稠坑去,再繞南崁。哇,原來我認得好多路,之前到處亂亂跑~但今日別貪心,就先以寶林路,切蘆竹路跑團練路線,再從工業區回到家。這些路線都好想跑唷~哈哈,只要多跑幾次回家,都可以跑到~只是觀音山就別繞太多。
說話35k都是山路,觀音山、大古山,風景好,空氣也好,又是曾經練習的路線,只是回到工區業長安路、南工路、長興路等,人行道上在維修,所以不好跑,加上太陽越來越大,跑在南青路上(高鐵橋下)就是空氣不優~但沒辦法,回家的路就是會經過,怎麼也避不掉。回到家,十一點多,準備可以吃爸媽煮的中餐,哈哈。由於手錶不夠力,加上鎮西堡在即,當日來回跑二個家,就不先列入考慮。
很開心,這一天實現我這二年來的夢想,用跑的回家~今日謝謝一起陪跑一段的潘團長,還有在粉寮路上遇見長甫哥的加油打氣。
