臺北馬後感冒休息了多天,今晚終於又可以回到蘆慢晚班團練。由於不小心跟到高鐵列車的尾巴,在一路高達70%馬拉松配速區間的高心率狀況下,硬是hold住來回完食13K。跑完整個爽快~
