想要控制7分速跑15K,一開始控制得還算OK也很輕鬆。可以像很多前輩們提到的輕鬆聊天狀態。到第三圈(6K)就有點把持不住了!這樣的速度跑全馬一定很快就掛掉了吧!但是跑完之後還蠻爽的!!
