傷心的補班日,下班其實蠻累的了,
還是硬著皮快速換上衣服出門跑跑去,
要不然預計跑的半馬就會變到半夜才回家了!
可能因為現在練習都在土運跑操場而已,
覺得跑在柏油路上好累......
以前跑步就有聽人家說過了PU跑道很彈很好跑,
不過那時都在跑馬路,所以偶爾去土運跑時沒啥感覺,
現在跑習慣土運,在跑去跑馬路時腳就很吃力了 囧
