第二年參加GCAM
去年一分鐘之差今年終於討回來啦!!
換來的是掰咖三天了還沒好......
今年練習練比去年多很多
但跑起來的感覺沒有去年順
30K後就完全爆掉了
兩腳抽筋外加肚子抽筋
這真的是最慘的狀況
吃了五包gel都快吐了
走走停停硬撐終於回到終點!!
一進終點眼眶泛淚 我終於達成目標了!!
這兩年很幸運都有人幫我加油
今年則是和跑友每周在brisbane river練跑跑了三個月!!
