今天有事請假,所以早一點起床去跑個長距離,剛下社子大橋就遇到前同事宜宏,他更早跑,已經跑完騎UB準備回家,便一路跟他一起聊天,到林安泰古厝水門才分開。
最近很少早起跑步,因為夏天怕太陽曬,假日都睡到飽,起床發現太陽不大後悔沒早起跑步,想不到今天早起跑步,跑沒多久太陽就出來了,又曬了一個多小時😭
