< 晨跑日 — 超半馬 >
從來沒跑超過半馬的距離,今天下定決心要來跑個26K , 沒想到比想像中的難多了,最後只完成了25K啊!
為了達成今天的目標,刻意把均速降到5分20秒,就這樣一路跑下去,感覺還不錯,也把平常的折返點往後推到13K處.....可惜在19K處速度開始維持不住了,過了21K後,更是有種每公里怎麼那麼長的感覺啊!
總之,今天第一次跑超過兩小時,第一次突破21K , 也算是個創舉啦!(雖然跑的2266的 , 我想我心裏還沒準備好接受跑超過21K吧!),繼續加油 ! Never give up !
